Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you can. Once you are sure you want to cancel the order within 1-2 working days,

Manish would ask you to contact Us on WhatsApp +971561146083 or email cs@manishjewels.com – once the order is canceled, refunds will be issued within 5-10 working days.
Does your jewellery come with complimentary services?
Yes, Manish offers complimentary aftercare services at the main head office in Dubai (UAE).

It is recommended to have your Jewelry cleaned and inspected once a year.

Inspections may help prevent the loss of a stone and extend the life of your Jewelry. This cleaning and inspection service is free of charge. 

The customer pays for all shipping and any customs charges if applicable.

Some examples of Manish’s complementary services would include:
  • Prong Tightening
  • Polish and Cleaning (Rhodium coating if required)
  • General Jewelry inspection

How do I return a product for a refund?

Engagement rings and other customized products are non-refundable.
How does the 30-day refund work?
If you are not happy with Manish’s product and style, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase.

To qualify for returns, Manish must receive the returned product no later than 30 days after the collection/shipping date. 

The product must be unworn and in its perfect original condition without any damage. 

The product must also have all accompanying documents and certificates. 

Products that do not have any of the above will not be accepted as a return.

Manish requires all customers to cover the cost of the shipping when returning a product. 

Manish is not liable for duties and taxes that are already paid by you.

How long does the refund take to process?
The refund will take between 10-15 working days after receiving and inspecting the product. 
When is the 30-day refund not valid?
To qualify for a refund :

  • The product must be unworn and undamaged.
  • The product must have all accompanying documentation and certificates.
  • The product must be received within 30 days of the collection/shipping date.
  • The product must be below $3000. 

Any products that do not have any of the above will not be accepted as a return.
